Career service job provider - Company has took payment for online registration now not reverting

There was a call made by Career Service customer representative on **th June that too *-* times & **th June their representative dropped me an email to do the online registration fees. I gave them call back on **th july, they conveyed that their representative have called me. I asked them to share their details so that i can confirm, they said they will provide the details only if i have to do the payment. I was in need of those details hence i did payment of ****, after that they never reverted. Now they are not refunding my amount too. Career Service is a fake company, kindly help me to refund my amount.
