Varun Beverages Ltd - Company done fraud

I am student of jamia hamdard univeristy doing my graduation along with that i was doing web designing course in chirag delhi for * months duration in dice academy which is of cost **,*** and i used to pay it in installment of **** per month .on **th of jan i paid my coaching fee i.e **** via paytm on the number that was told by my mam.i.e ********** after one month on ** feb i get a call from my coaching regarding that money was sent on wrong number and asked me to do something ,i called paytm office many times i gone police stations many times but in return i didnt get any hope from anyone no one is ready to listen me till yet. and now my institute denying to give me certificate for the course that i have done all my time,hardwork and money is going to be wasted.and when i called to reciever she is simply saying to do whatever you want to do and whatever you can do .i request her beg to her to please return it back else i ll not get my certificate am a student but she is also not ready to listen.please help me out from this
