g digital media solutions india pvt ltd - company did not paid my one month salary

i joined a company in january **** in jaipur and i got joing letter with the date of ** january **** and they gave me my first salry on ** febuary and the salary was ***** but they gave me ***** because i joined on ** january and after i left company on ** march and i informed comapy about this but they did not gave my salary of febuary month because they said you did not gave us prior notice and i understand they can not give me march salary but they did not gave my febuary salary .this is why i want to file a complaint angainst comapany for not paying my one month salary
