I got a text message from Brand Factory with a notice of ** days return policy mentioned in it later have purchased a gift voucher online from BRAND FACTORY. Now I wanted to return/cancel the purchase but the company is denying about any cancellation. Now I want to lodge a complaint against the company for sending fraud SMS.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
