Czar - Company defects in wall mixture

I had bought a square wall mixture dated **/**/****, from Hajiganj,Patna City.Water seeps continuously drop by drop.I contacted Mr Chaudhary,he sent service man two times but unfortunately couldn't understand the defects.Now Mr.Chandan Chaudhary told me afalse assurance.l am mentally and financially harrassed by your company.It will be justified if you change a new wall mixture instead of it.
