Company is extremely unreliable and fraudulent. Their app is worse than something that a three year old makes. Products are always out of stock.. They are rude and arrogant. They rely on a worthless system that's faulty for kyc verification. One of their representative told me that it was mandatory for their customers to have more than one bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
