Auctor Shoes - Committed to refund after returning the product but no refund received yet

Auctor Shoes delivered a defective shoe that had some nails inside. I spoke with them and returned the shoe back. They first said that they will fix the shoe but it will lose its finish; I refused to accept this and told them to refund my amount. On August **rd they agreed over an e-mail to refund my amount but after that their phones are not reachable and they are not even responding to e-mails. Although the website is still actively selling shoes. I even tried messaging them on facebook and they never reverted back. I even wrote to them warning them that I will take this matter up with consumer forum; and they still did not refund my amount. I purchased the shoe from their website auctorshoes.com and their mobile/watsapp number is - **********.
I have attached the mail where they acknowledged that they will refund as evidence.
