Respected Sir/Madam - I have made a payment for a package to VCARE. They said I need to come for * sittings. I told very clearly, as per our time availability I will come and they accepted. After payment, I could able to go only for * times. Three months back I asked VCARE to return the balance amount since I could not time to come. They said, they will do it.
