Alliance University - College is not responding and not refunded money

I'm Omprakash Upadhyay, I took admission I Alliance University Bangalore in **** sep batch. I paid advance fee and balance amount in * PDC cheque. While admission Alliance University confirm no need to visit University for work and I got my first sem books. I gave exam also, but I never received my second sem books as alliance team asked me to visit University and collect books. I worte several mails stating that I can't visit as I am on toure and asked them to courier books to me. I never received reply and they did not gave my result of *st sem. So I stopped lat Payment, now University is blackmailing me and asking to pay full last payment to get * st sem result. They are not answering and not guaranting my result. I am felt cheered and need my amount back.
I am enclosing mail communication with alliance team..you can see how irresponsible they are.. please help me.
