The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society - College admission fees not refunded

I got admission in The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society in the course BCom(Hons.) in morning batch on merit on **/**/**** and had paid Rs.***** as the admission and semester-* fees combined. But later I got admission in another college so I wanted a refund of my fees. On the college website there is mentioned that there is no option for refund of fees but being from a middle-class background I cannot afford to lose money. So , my father with some reference went to the trustee of college to ask for the refund and they said that first we need to submit a letter and then they will look into the matter. We did the same but after few days when my father went to meet the trustee again he said we won't be giving the refund because we are going through loses too. As I said before I belong to strict middle-class background and my father is already earning less due to this pandemic. It would be of great help if voxya helps me.
