KIIT University, Bhubaneswar - Collecting Willfullness Fine

I am a student of KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Our college is making us suffer a lot. First of all, they are taking a huge fine on getting debarred, and now this time they are asking a **x fee for the registration of back papers per subject i.e. ₹****/subject which was earlier ₹***/subject. They have installed biometrics for attendance but still, the attendance is in hand of the subject teacher only. Even their mistake or even grudge also results in a huge penalty to us. Earlier they asked us to pay ₹***** on getting debarred and when the students started protesting they are now asking ₹****/subject for registration of examination. To get the fine from students they don't even consider a genuine medical case. My friend met with an accident this semester and got his leg fractured, He wasn't able to attend the classes for that reason and now they are asking for ₹***** from him for all subjects. They didn't consider his medical case even.
