skillacademy by testbook - Collaboration Fee Not Paid

We have collaborated with a brand called skillacademy by testbook. The collaboration started **nd June and Ended on **th June. It's been a month since they have not paid the money. The associate who collaborated with me left the company and the lead who sent me agreement mail is giving daily reasons and postponing the payment dates. Their manager is not receiving the call.
They are not taking things seriously, so i would like to request you help me with this issue.
