Colive sales person made me pay **** rupees for registration and ***** as advance for the booking. But later I reached out to cancel the booking but they checked-in instead. I raised service requests to cancel the booking too. But no one cancelled or responded to me. I called multiple departments in customer care and none of them are giving proper answers and asking me to get in touch with sales person. He is not lifting the phone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
