Colive riga - Colive fraud on return Deposit amount

When I joined Colive Riga for saty they told they won’t deduct any deposit amount and it will send to my source account.now when I vacate the room they deduct the separation charge +extra electricity bill which I already paid before also they added anonymous amount + they added service and maintenance charges apart from separation charge.which they are doing fraud.still I didn’t get my deposits.the customer care and the people are not responding.please help me out
