Coin dcx - Coindcx wallet Deposit Rejected but Money not refunded

Hi,
Coindcx is crypto exchanging platform. Where I made wallet Deposit of Rs.**** and Rs. ***** on **th may **** through IMPS transfer from my Bank Account. But the payment status in coindcx wallet is showing as 'Rejected' and no money is credited to my Coindcx wallet even though money got deducted from my account. (Bank reference no. For INR **** transaction is ************ and INR ***** is ************.)
My money neither got deposited to Coindcx wallet nor refunded back to my Bank Account. I tried reaching out Coindcx customer support but they do not have proper customer service portal. They are just sending automatic replies since * days.
I wrote to my Bank's customer service. They came up with a reply that "Referred transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end and to kindly check with the merchant." But the merchant i.e, Coindcx not even replying to mails.
