Asra Patel filed complaint against coinDCX Go on May 13, 2021
coinDCX Go a crypto app fools people by saying they would do KYC in ** hours and allows trading with upto ***** INR without KYC. Later it doesn't allow any transaction or withdrawal until KYC is done. They promise to do KYC under ** hours. They have not done my KYC, its been * days. They have not even given the reason for it. I have sent atleast *-* emails to raise complaints, all they do is send an automated email which immediately closes the complaint. They do nothing about it! It is not just a financial crunch for me, it is also a mentally disturbing to keep emailing them, checking the status.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
