I have transferred **k from my HDFC registered account with CoinDCX. But, it has been more than **hrs but still not credited in coin dcx wallet. I am trying to connect with them but their customer care is non responsive on this issue. My transaction has transaction ID/UTR no which means it has been successfully credited to the end customer. Please resolve this issue.
