Bluestone - Coin missing

Order no: B**WGMQ* . I ordered *gm **kt gold coin and *gm **kt gold coin but missing *gm **kt gold coin. So I immediately contacted they customer care number but no responsibility and I tried to contact via live chat but no agent was connected so I finally write a email to them but I surprised to see they have email was inactive and there is no response. * weeks after but no responsibility so I again send them reminder email but no responsibility and I also need to say they not have higher authority or grievance officer email ID so not possible to escalate this issue so I complaint Registered in national consumer helpline but I again surprised to see this company not respect and not responsible also to NCH portal. NCH portal *nd time send reminder but no response so nch portal send *rd and *th time to this company after only this company call me to ask the details. Actually they called after ** days which is not far and showing worst customer support. I again get frustrations because I already mentioned all details in the email but they again and again ask me same questions so I got very frustrations because they already taken ** days for just respond. So I informed them if you unable to help me so please leave it and I will take further action. So after there is no response from them till. One of the worst customer support. I shopped many online site's. I also shopped many gold jewellery online stores but this is first time I got very worst experience. I want my money and I want definitely compensation. Thanks.
