Codequest in - Codequest in not refunding the amount

I have registered for the Machine Learning course through insta mojo since they advertised the trainer has **+ years of experience. When I was attended I didn't satisfied with trainer. When I gone through her profile in LinkedIn I got to know that she doesn't even has *y of experience so I understood that they cheated and requested for the refund. Roshan is the person who commited that he will refund the ***% amount since I didn't accepted their refund terms during the registration but till now they failed to refund and not replying to my calls neither messages. Please help me to get the refund. They are literally cheating people.
