XpressBees Logistics Pvt Ltd - COD parcel with fake product

I received a fraudulent COD parcel from XpressBees on **-**-****, for which I paid ₹*** via Paytm UPI. The product delivered was fake and not what I ordered. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing all evidence (photos, payment proof, tracking ID, ticket ID), XpressBees has refused to take responsibility and keeps redirecting me to an unknown seller.
This situation has mentally and financially affected me deeply. I come from a poor background, and ₹*** is a significant amount for me. The stress of being ignored and deflected by the company has taken a toll on my well-being.
I demand a full refund and accountability for this fraudulent delivery. I have preserved the product and packaging and am ready to escalate legally if needed.
