After getting * medium size and garlic bread pizza from La PIno'z pizza on **th Oct ****. Cockroaches have been found out in packet delivered. Photos of same had been shared with outlet in ujjain at cosmos mall but no action taken for same till date. My son ate that pizza and not feeling good after that and vomit next day.
