Mohd Abdul Aziz filed complaint against Shah Ghouse Hotel and Restaurant Raidurgam on Feb 20, 2020

I visited shah ghouse hotel and restaurant at raidurgam opposite to bio diversity park and ordered food for my team members at second floor in the restaurant on **th February at **pm.
We noticed cockroach in the food and called manager to show the same. There was no action taken and we were asked to pay the complete amount of **** rs at the restaurant. My complaint is regarding quality and hygiene of food and request to get the complete amount returned as per this dispute.
