Zomato and sri udupi food hub - Cockroach died in dosa packet

I ordered * set dosa and * masala dosa combo with * idli worth Rs *** from sri udupi food hub, Domlur , bengaluru by Zomato. When I opened the box of masala dosa..I got one cockroach died in the box of dosa. I raised a complaint on Zomato help immidietly to full refund my amount...but they didn't. In spite of this.. They told me to do again order in same restaurant ...and u will get *** rs discount. Just tell me...how can I ordered from same restaurant?
