Apex medicode training institute - Coaching institute not refund my money

I went to Ameerpet medical coding training centre apex medicode. I paid *k for *-month coaching. But I went * days only and discontinued because of poor teaching. So that I informed him after * days. He said he will refund my money. But now he is saying he will not refund my money. Could you please help to get back my money? I am a poor girl. *k is more for me.
