FIITJEE Indore - Coaching fee not refunded

Prabhanshu had taken admission in Stratford Academy, Indore(M.P.), now merged into FIITJEE, for coaching of IIT, entrance examination. No demo classes were given. Coaching fee for two years, was taken in lump sum, amounting. Rs. *****/, which is contrary to guidelines of Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hon'ble Supreme Court, has categorically stated that no coaching institute, in India, can take coaching fee of two years in lump sum. Coaching institute, can at the most take coaching fee of six months, at a time. Prabhanshu, attended coaching class for **(Three) days only. Out of total coaching fee Rs. *****/, deposited, only Rs. *****/ has been refunded till now. Thus approx. Rs. *****/ together with accrued interest, is pending with coaching institute, and has not been refunded till now.At the time of admission in coaching institute, it was assured by coaching institute that in case, student is dissatisfied with standard of coaching being imparted, full coaching fee, would be refunded, after deducting service charges.But coaching institute FIITJEE, has not refunded amount, till now.All e-mails sent to FIITJEE, Indore, are in vain.
