Quest Classes Pune - Coaching Classes services deficient

Joined the class in Feb ****. within two months the student realized that his queries were not being answered. Various calls and messages to get the queries cleared were unanswered. Classes were held via zoom calls but even there when my son asked questions he was asked to keep quite and when the parents tried to ask question in the zoom meet, we were removed from the meet. Finally, we had to arrange another class for my son as he was losing out on valuable time. His career has been put in jeopardy by Quest classes by this attitude. we are not at all satisfied by the services of Quest and want full refund for the deficient services and the mental agony the students and the parents had to go through.
