M2cfs - CMA data not prepared

A CA firm from Bangalore name of M*CFS cheated on me. I spoke to them on ** April **** for CMA Data. I paid their fees ***** Rs. on ** April **** in advance. They promised me to give it in * days but its been * month. They are not responding to my phone call. When they pick call by another phone number they speak very badly. I am tired and mentally harassed by them.
