Tata Motors - Clutch plates burned on 2 nd of newly pursed Tata Nexon Car

I have purchased Nexon Smart Plus S iCNG car Saibaba Auto wheels on date **.**.****. Some minor sound was coming on day first and on second day itself (date **.**.****, Sunday, time **:**), the smoke came out from bonnet suddenly while removing the car from parking without any warning signs on cluster. The issue was escalated to showroom and service centre (Sudarshan Motors, Sonarpada, Kalyan East). The new car was opened and they found below things-
*. The heavy wear and tear of clutch plate & releasing bearing, burning smoke & smell from the bonnet and overheating of the engine on the second day of purchase of the car (after ~*** Km run).

*. Insufficient engine oil (the oil was below optimum as it was not seen on the testing rod). *.*L to *L engine oil top up done.

Whole expenses of new clutch plates, worker charges were incurred from me.
Even after frequent follow-ups and complaints there is no any satisfactory response from Saibaba Autowheels Pune, Sudarshan Motors, Sonarpada and Tata motors yet even after * months of this incidence. Fair and unbiased investigation, Reimbursement of the amount I paid for new clutch plates and extended warranty of Overheated engine is requested to Tata motors but no justice yet
