Clutch master and slave cylinders got damage, after finding they said due to damage of clutch cylinders clutch whole system got damages including flywheel i.e., consequential damage and now they are telling me to pay for consequential damage as am not responsible for it. Have near escape form accident due to clutch failure and they asking me to pay around **,*** for consequential damage parts. am ready to pay to replace both cylinders costing **,*** but will not pay for consequential damage as they should have implemented some safety measure to avoid such damage after cylinder failure. Also when my clutch peddle got stuck was not able to engage any gears.
