Liberty Hospitality Pvt Ltd - Club Liberty not processing refund

I purchased the membership on **th Oct, **** worth Rs ****** and cancelled it on **st Oct, **** within ** days as per policy ;due to lack of complete information provided in the agreement. On **nd Oct, the refund request was accepted and I was informed that refund with deductions of **** for bank charges and **** for process charges will be processed within ** days. Firstly these deductions are unjustified and not mentioned in the agreement. Secondly, the refund has not been processed even after * months of cancellation against the commitment provided by Club Liberty International. They are citing false reasons like bank server issues to delay the refund and this dark behaviour is very prevalent across multiple customers as also mentioned in the reviews on mouthshut.com.
