Foxfashion - Cloths ordered but not received

I have ordered shirt n denim hoodi jacket online from https://foxfashion-jacket.myshopify.com on **th dec. **** worth rs. ***/- and got thank msg. along with one link to track the status.
On **th i got msg. that my order is shipped and till date it is not received and link is showing order is completed but i didnt receive and neither i got any refund. I have searched customer care no. Of this site and got no. **********
Just I have called on this no. And the person told me that order got cancelled and to get refund you have to call from no. on which u have Gpay or phonepay. I found this fishy and making conolaint of this. Pls look into this. If require please let me know.
