Menwear In - clothing company fraud

I have been going through my regular Instagram feed on march **, ****. The advertise of track pant company named (menswear.in) is flashed and they were offering the pant at *** rs. so i gone to purchase that pant and purchased it and made payment through my google pay account.
i am having details of that transaction too. after that i supposed to get confirmation about my order from after some time or days but i never got any mail or message from their side..i also even mailed them and asked about my order but didnt got any reply.
so i am finally complaining about fraud. the money i loose may look smaller but imagine how many people they must be fooled in the scam.
i request you to go through this matter please.
