I went to store of M/s Stadhawk Services Private Limited located at Shop No. **, Ground Floor, Paras Trinity, Sector-**, Gurugram, on **.**.**** and offered * nos. of clothes (i.e. ladies Kurta) in perfect condition, to be dry cleaned. They accepted the clothes and agreed to return the clothes after dry cleaning on **.**.****
However, on **-**-****, I got a call from the store that * no. of the cloth was torn and therefore the clothes cannot be processed for dry-cleaning. When, I went to the store on **.**.****, after getting the call, I found that not *, but * cloths were torn / damaged.
During each conversation, they keep on telling they received the clothes in this condition only, but this is a false statement as I gave the cloths in perfect condition.
The clothes have suffered from the following defects at their store:
(i) Torn / damaged at certain places.
(ii) There are holes in the clothes at certain places.
I have reported the above matter to Stadhawk several times (Notice Ref: NB/Stadhawk/** dtd **.**.****, personally visit at store on **.**.**** & **.**.**** and Eamil dtd **.**.**** ) but despite all my pleadings they have not made good the defect in the goods which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of their aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses
Two clothes have been damaged, which Stadhawk are liable to compensate to me.
