Debesh Roy Sharma filed complaint against Cleartrip Packages & Tours Private Limited on Aug 13, 2020
I had got my airline ticket refunded directly from airline as my travel did not happen due to COVID. The airline has confirmed that they have processed refund from their end on **th July ****. Followed up with Cleartrip multiple time but they say that they have not received refund from airline. It has been ** days now and Cleartrip is no longer responding to my emails. Attached details of my email communication with Cleartrip and airline in this respect.
