Indira Gandhi National Open University - Classes and exams are not conducted in the prescribed time frame

I am an IGNOU BA Psychology *rd year (****-**) student. As per the UGC Guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar
in view of the COVID-** Pandemic  July **** -
the Terminal Semester/ Final Year Examinations
(****-****) be compulsorily conducted in offline (pen & paper)/ online/ blended (online +
offline) mode by no later than August **, **** following the prescribed protocols/ guidelines
related to the COVID-** pandemic.
But unfortunately, till now my practical classes for subjects BPCE *** has not been conducted. While the classes of BPCL ** and BPCL ** has been conducted but the result has not been declared yet. In the past I had raised the issue multiple times but each time they gave me hollow assurances.
