Voltas 1 2 Ton 5 Star Ac - Claim related

I had purchased Voltas * ton AC in **** along with EW insurance when the warranty of company expired my ac had some issues so i raised my claim thru one assist after multiple follow ups my claim was registered and the same was settled approximately after * month when the summer was end

Other thing i would like to mentioned about the technician of one assist they don't even know how to repair AC the result is after long and multiple follow up that claim was also settled like after the given timeline

Now My AC again damage this time my claim was approved by the insurer and the survey was also done still my * claims rejected without intimation and reason

The worst company I have ever seen in my life i don't know how they are exist in the market
