मेरी वाईफ का आंखो का आपरेशन मेने हास्पिटल आनंदम नेत्रालय इन्दौर मे करवाया और मेरा फेमेली का मेडीक्लेम हे स्टार हेल्थ कम्पनी का हे उसमे मेने हास्पिटल के पुरे पेपर जमा कर दिये क्लेम के लिये स्टार हेल्थ के क्लेम आफिस इन्दौर ब्रांच मे फिर भी तीन बार बिना कोई कारण के क्लेम रिजेक्ट कीया गया मेरा हर बार नये कुछ कारण के और अब वो बोल रहे के आंखो के नम्बर *.** पाईंट से कम हे जो की मेरी वाईफ के आंखो के नम्बर ** से उपर हे जब ही आपरेशन करवाया और लेंस डले उसका खर्च एक लाख सत्तर हजार रू आया हे उसके बिल ,जांच रिपोर्ट सब देने के बाद भी जो कारण नही हे वो बता के क्लेम रिजेक्ट कर रही हे कम्पनी और परेशान किया जाराहा हे । अतः महोदय से निवेदन हे की कम्पनी से मेरे क्लेम के पैसे दिलाने की कृपा करे
