Manipal Cigna Health insurance - Claim Rejected and Policy Terminated without any notification and invalid reason

Dear Sir / Ma'am, Greetings of the Day !! I have purchased policy through Manipal Cigna in ****, where I have raised claim and same is not only rejected but policy also terminated by them with clause under VIII *. - Non disclosure fact. I just want to bring below points in your notice that - *. Mother was diagnose with small paralysis attack on face around ** years back which was treated by local doctor and recovered within * days and medicine continue for around ** days no hospitalization that time. *. At the time of filling up the form by Cigna Agent she asked for pre-existing disease where We have clearly mentioned that my mother is hypertension patient and taking medicine too for the same and have diagnose around **-** years back with minor paralysis attack on face which is treated with a week time and there is no medicine is going on for the same, which was not mentioned by company agent. *. As confirmed by Doctors that there is no correlation with CKD and minor paralysis attack. *. At the time of taking policy I insist for medical too as don’t want any claim rejections in future and same is done by Manipal Cigna and not found any illness apart from hypertension which we declare in advance and company also charging higher premium for the same, Need your help to ask them to provide the same to consumer court for better understanding. *. Please also ask for IP Address which was used while filling up the form as same is not filled up by me same is filled up by company agent only and may be he was sitting in Manipal Cigna Branch office that time. *. I am chasing for claim status till today and no verbal/ Mail confirmation received from them and just now came to know through their call center that policy is is terminated. Need your help for above case as I am paying regular premium to them from last * years without any default and any claim submitted to them.
