HDFC ergo general insurance on its website claimed that they pay covid home quarantine claim. So I dint go to hospital thinking why to waste * lakh rs in hospital and I took home quarantine service from bmc approved hospital. Now hdfc denying to pay home quarantine claim saying hospitalisation was must. They did publicity on website that home quarantine claim is payable n now they denying it. This is cheap publicity and we should highlight in social media. Totally unacceptable
