I had ** items including * piece sofa which was sent to Gurgaon address from Kanpur on **th May(Saturday).It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but have received delivery today on Friday after * days.
My sofa and LCD TV ( valued at *****)has come in damaged with torn fabric in one piece and second one has the base broken rendering it unusable.* pieces had declared value of ***** as per the insurance cover taken.
TV screen is completely shattered in small pieces showing how it was handled.
The claim was agreed at Rs.***** only in total for the damages on **th June but till date payment is not made.Following up with them leading to no response.Hope voxya can help.
