I already submitted my father hospital documents on April **, ****, Lalith is handle my case but he always talking to rude behavior not response on call messages and my claim still not proceed i already submitted required documents on the portal and they come every week of friday we need this document they ot come on mid of weeke they come on every friday and than i will call them they not answerd my call or they they said now weekend we discuss on monday lalith said this all. required documents already provided please resolve this ASAP.
