I uploaded claim details through IL take care app on **th august and it's still under process. your representative had given me max date multiple times.

Initially, they give me the date of **th august for claim approval, after that they changed the date to the first week of September and all these things are happening again and again till now but no solution provide yet.
I am really tired up now from all this. Moreover, I never got a response from your side for a call-back request. Also, no update was received for claim status, each time I have to ask myself for the same through call or chat. Multiple requests were made by me on call and chat for the same.
Also, tried to make a complaint through your website, that also not works (some technical issue was coming there). Tried to know the status through WhatsUp, which shows invalid claim no.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
