My father did insurance from SBI General **/**/**** and now father is no more with us and he died due to kidney failure and when we raise claim. Through SBI GENERAL they are not responding now we are taking follow up from last * months all related docs already submitted but it’s still pending and when we accelerate this to higher department like GRO the same thing happen on daily basis we are calling to coustmer care and asking for this they are only telling that you will get revert soon. Please help us on this.
