I was admitted in hospital ** to ** March **** and all original documents submitted in TPA office. My claim file received in TPA office on ** April **** but till now claim not approved. I have sent mail to TPA adviser ( Mr Sumesh Gupta) many times and talk to him by phone call but till now no reply by him and problem not resolve. This is Paramount TPA.
