Meesho - Claim for Lost Disposed Return Orders Meesho Seller

I am writing to seek legal assistance regarding serious issues I am facing as a seller on Meesho.

Several of our customer return orders have been wrongfully disposed of without any delivery attempt being made to us. While we were continuously waiting for the returned products, we later discovered that some parcels were marked as disposed. In addition, certain returns that were delivered to us contained incorrect or mismatched items.

Due to these actions, we have suffered financial losses as multiple genuine products have neither been returned nor compensated. Despite raising concerns through the platform, the matter remains unresolved.

I intend to initiate a legal claim for compensation for all lost, wrongly delivered, and disposed items. For your reference and convenience, I have attached a detailed sheet containing the relevant Order IDs and necessary details.
