I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent relocation by your company. I have already communicated my concerns and dissatisfaction with your services through a complaint, but unfortunately, no action has been taken to address the issues I have raised.
From the very beginning of our engagement, my experience with Aggarwal Packer Mover has been disappointing. Your team misled us during the survey, obtained unnecessary signatures, and made commitments that were not fulfilled. However, the most concerning aspect of this entire process is the mishandling and damage to my belongings during the relocation.
I opted for insurance coverage of * lakhs by paying a premium of **** rupees, and I was shocked to receive an offer of only **** rupees as a claim settlement. This amount is significantly less than the actual damage caused to my belongings during the move. I have evidence in the form of photographs and recordings of our interactions, as well as the condition of my items when they were delivered.
My sofa and other furniture were severely damaged, and I am now left with no choice but to seek a fair resolution to this issue. I find it unacceptable that your team is pressuring me to accept such a low claim amount and is not even responding to my calls. I understand that disputes can arise during relocations, but they must be resolved fairly and transparently.
I kindly request that you reconsider your offer and provide a claim amount that reflects the true extent of the damage, which I believe is not less than **,*** rupees. If a fair resolution is not reached promptly, I regret to inform you that I will have no option but to pursue legal action to secure the appropriate compensation for the damage incurred during the relocation.
I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and avoid further complications. Please respond to this email at your earliest convenience to discuss the next steps and a possible resolution.
