This is to inform you that I am Babita Chowdhary residing at Howrah Maidan, West Bengal. I have invested money in your company on a fixed deposit term vide receipt no: *********** ,certificate no: ************,membership no :*********** which is already matured on dated November **th ****.

I have been informed several times by my agent but she is not existing in this world anymore as well as I have been visited to my existing several times where I have found the branch is closed .

This is my humble request to you kindly, settle my account and close this matter at your earliest otherwise I will take legal against the company .
