apepdcl eastern power distribution - Claim against damaged electronic goods due to high voltage

Today **-**-**** night at **:**am due high voltage all electronic items started working over than usual then I instently reacted to than I unpluged all devices and removed fuse in mean time my system wire was too hot to unplug and burned and extended to cpu and totally burned , I called and regestered a complaint ,they responded on **:**pm afternoon and they came and removed over grown branches of trees which caused the issue , I called to help line explaining the problem and loss of my good they are we don't have any information regarding to that , what to do now , how can approach for claim of my loss
