Hello sir or madam,
I'm a smoker. All over udupi and manipal, shopkeepers sell cigarette for very higher price than it's written in the pack. If u want go and buy a goldflake lights packet or single cigarette, the shopkeepers take a way more percentage money than the value of the packet. This issue should be solved all over manipal and udupi. Please do the needfull. Thanking you.
