since I was not able to pay through app ..which contains hell lot of glitches and problems after update

representative called and she sent me link which is of playstore link to download MPOCKET app Cause not once but twice your customer told me which was delayed of the repayment THIS LATE PAYMENT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CIBIL

I paid the amount as soon as your app for ready to pay

I have the recordings of MPOCKET representative agreeing

PS i have cleared within few minutes

I have maintained a perfect repayment history towards my loan Now cause of MPOCKET app i have ** missed payments Now

And this has affected my cibil score ....i have waited for * * months ...

In my entire loan history ...i have so many personal loans ..bike loan...how come only MPOCKET loans have bounced

I Have already shared my entire cibil report for more than * times that to them

Kindly help me out i wanna take a bike loan this is affecting my loan Really disappointed since there's no reply or response

Please i want that red mark to be removed those are my MPOCKET ....i will pay all the existing loan and close my MPOCKET account ..i just want those red marks.to be gone from my cibil
